  • Payments can be made through Phonepay ,Razorpay, UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or other methods accepted on the Site.

  • You confirm that the payment method used belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout; however, delays may occur due to logistics, courier partners, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or any third party.

  • Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout in INR.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Customized products are non-refundable and must be prepaid.

  • For eligible returns, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method in INR.

7. Product Information & Warranty

  • We make every effort to ensure product details and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occur.

  • Any warranty provided is as per the manufacturer’s terms (if applicable).

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
